Two Ingredient Hazelnut Butter Cups

Whip up a batch of these super quick and easy to make hazelnut butter cups. The perfect snack to give you a quick boost of energy, ideal as a pre-workout snack!


120g of hazelnut butter

170g of your favourite chocolate

1 tsp of flaky sea salt (optional)


  1. Prepare a cupcake tin with 6 cupcake liners

  2. Break up your chocolate into a microwave proof bowl and microwave in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring each time until the chocolate is almost melted. Continue to stir until all the chocolate pieces have melted and your chocolate is now a smooth glossy mixture

  3. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into each of your cupcake liners

  4. Dollop 1 tablespoon of hazelnut butter in the centre of your cupcake liner

  5. Top off the cupcake liner with another tablespoon of chocolate and smooth out the top

  6. Sprinkle each hazelnut butter cup with a pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)

  7. Refrigerate for an hour or until the chocolate has set and enjoy!
