Peanut Butter and Banana Pancakes

Start your day off the best way with these super simple, delicious and nutrient packed banana pancakes.

You will need:

2 ripe bananas

2 medium eggs

85g self raising flour

Butter or oil for frying


Toppings (Optional):

Banana slices

The Nut Roaster natural peanut butter

Runny Honey

Crushed nuts


Instructions:

In a bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas

Beat in 2 eggs

Gradually add your flour to form a thick batter

Melt a tbsp of butter in a frying pan over medium heat

Add 2 heaped spoons of batter into the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown

Repeat as many times as wanted

Top with our natural peanut butter, banana slices and a drizzle of honey and enjoy!
