DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
A England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Eire.
Our orders are despatched by Royal Mail. We offer two types of UK delivery:
Standard Delivery, which should be with you in 3-5 working days. This is free for orders £20 or more. (Currently £3.10 for up to a 2kg parcel if your order is less than £20)
First Class Delivery, which will be with you the next working day if you place your order by 2pm. (Currently £5.57 for orders up to £20.)
While the Royal Mail is usually very reliable at getting you your nut butter on time, there can be the occasional delay in the postal system. For this reason please allow up to 10 working days before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.
B International deliveries

If you are not fully satisfied with a product, please contact us first. You can return it for a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When returning an item don't forget to include a note with your name and address - otherwise we will not be able to refund you!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again before contacting your payment card company and/or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time.
If you have checked with your payment card company and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you from there.
